Refund policy

Tennis Congress Registration & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your registration, please notify Tennis Congress in writing by emailing gary@tenniscongress.org.

Refund eligibility is based on the date Tennis Congress receives your written cancellation request and is calculated from the first scheduled day of the event.

1. Cancellations More Than 30 Days Before the Event

If you cancel more than 30 calendar days before the start date of the event, you are eligible for a 100% refund of your registration fee.

2. Cancellations 30 Days or Fewer Before the Event

If you cancel 30 calendar days or fewer before the start date of the event, your registration fee is non-refundable. The registration fee will instead be donated to the Net Gains Foundation as a tax-deductible charitable contribution, where applicable.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed after Tennis Congress receives and confirms the cancellation request. It may take up to 10 days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

4. Event Changes or Cancellation

In the unlikely event that unforeseen circumstances require Tennis Congress to reschedule or cancel an event, registered participants will be offered the option to:

• Transfer their registration to a future Tennis Congress event; or

• Receive a full refund of their registration fee.

5. Agreement to Policy

By registering for a Tennis Congress event, you acknowledge and agree to this Registration & Refund Policy.
