Referral Program Terms

1. Referral Credit

  • Each qualifying referral earns $100 in Tennis Congress Store Credit.
  • The Referral Program is intended to encourage new players to join Tennis Congress.
  • Referrals must be for new players who have not previously registered for a qualifying Tennis Congress event or purchase, unless otherwise approved by the Founder.
  • There is no limit to the number of qualifying referrals a participant may make.
  • The referred player must complete and pay for a qualifying registration for the referral to qualify.

2. Alumni Code and Referral Credit

  • A registration using an Alumni Code does not qualify for a $100 referral credit.
  • The Alumni discount and Referral Credit cannot be combined on the same registration.
  • Tennis Congress Alumni are not eligible to be referred as new players through the Referral Program.
  • Any exception to these rules requires Founder approval.

3. Referral Identification and Processing

A referral may be identified through any of the following methods:

A. Referral Code

The new player enters the referrer's unique referral code during checkout.

B. "Who Referred You?" Checkout Field

The new player provides the referrer's name or unique referral code in the designated checkout field. The named referrer must have a unique referral code on file unless otherwise approved by the Founder.

C. Forgotten Referral Code

If the referral code was not entered during checkout, the new player may contact Tennis Congress and provide the referrer's name. After verification, the $100 Store Credit may still be issued if the registration otherwise meets all Referral Program requirements.

D. Registering on Behalf of a New Player

A referrer may complete a registration on behalf of a new player. However, if the referrer uses their own Tennis Congress Store Credit to pay for that registration, the registration will not qualify as a referral and will not generate additional Store Credit.

E. Special Arrangements

Any referral that falls outside the standard referral process requires Founder approval.

If a referral cannot be verified, or if multiple individuals claim the same referral, Tennis Congress may place the referral credit on hold while the matter is reviewed. Founder approval may be required to determine eligibility.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

  • A registration that is refunded does not qualify for a Referral Credit.
  • If $100 Store Credit has already been issued for a referral and the corresponding registration is subsequently refunded, Tennis Congress reserves the right to remove the $100 Store Credit from the referrer's account.

5. Multiple Referrals

  • A participant may refer multiple new players.
  • Each qualifying new-player registration may earn a separate $100 Store Credit.
  • Each new player may have only one recognized referrer for purposes of the Referral Program.

6. Store Credit Issuance and Use

  • The $100 Store Credit will be issued after the corresponding event has taken place.
  • Store Credit may be applied toward a future qualifying Tennis Congress purchase or event registration.
  • Store Credit cannot be applied retroactively to an event or purchase that has already been paid for.
  • Store Credit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or transferred unless otherwise approved by Tennis Congress.
  • Once Store Credit is applied to a qualifying purchase, that portion of the credit is considered used and is no longer available for future purchases.
  • Tennis Congress reserves the right to verify referral eligibility before issuing Store Credit and to correct or remove credits issued in error.

Alumni Code Terms

1. Eligibility & Usage

  • The Alumni Code is available to eligible Tennis Congress Alumni.
  • The code may be used once per Alumni/person.
  • The code applies only to eligible Tennis Congress products or event registrations.

2. Multiple Registrations in One Checkout

  • An Alumni may include multiple eligible registrations in the same checkout, and the Alumni discount may apply to each eligible registration.
  • Example: One checkout includes two eligible Palm Springs registrations → both may receive the Alumni discount.
  • The same Alumni/person may not use the code again in a separate checkout.

3. Referral Program

  • Alumni are not eligible for the Referral Program.
  • A registration using an Alumni Code does not qualify for the $100 Referral Credit.

4. Exceptions

Any exception or special arrangement requires Founder approval.
